We've started holding “VC Meetups,” where we invite a single venture firm to meet with 8 to 12 handpicked First Round Capital portfolio companies. The format: 30-minute introductory meetings between our entrepreneurs and partners from some of the biggest late-stage VC firms. These energetic meetups pay off in strategic advice, biz-dev introductions, better milestone setting, and (yes) future financing.
