DNAnexus is a start-up in biocomputation aiming to transform the future of genomic analysis. The advent of next-generation DNA sequencing technologies will soon enable the personal genome, but is unleashing a torrent of data that needs to be managed and analyzed. DNAnexus is leveraging modern web technologies on a cloud computing infrastructure and aims to become the leading compute platform of the genome era. DNAnexus was founded by scientists out of the Stanford University departments of Computer Science, Genetics, and Pathology.
